Buying a new house is a daunting prospect. Buying your first house is terrifying!
That is, until someone gave us Ryan’s number. With our wedding only 2.5 months away we were desperate to not only find a house, but to find a home. Our first home together. Ryan was very quick to respond to our needs and gave us all the information we required. We didn’t know if we wanted a house or a flat, simplex or duplex, complex or free hold property and Ryan took the time to explain all of it to us and show us around. His integrity ensured that he only showed us homes within our price range so that we wouldn’t love a home we couldn’t afford. Ryan’s understanding of our demanding jobs ensured that he showed us homes at times that suited us and his attention to detail ensured that he showed us homes that he thought would suit us. Because of Ryan’s ability to understand his clients, and his knowledge of the property market we found a place we wanted to call home within 2 weeks.
And this is when Ryan’s true strength came forward. He explained the contracts to us in depth, on a level we could understand and answered our tireless questions. It was clear that his patience was matchless! But his negotiating skills were paramount. He managed to talk the seller into signing a deal that allowed us to purchase the house within 2 hours – and at a lower than expected price. But Ryan doesn’t feel his job ends there, he put us in touch with a bond originator who, on Ryan’s recommendation secured a 100% bond for us.
We are blessed to be moving into our new home a week before the wedding – all thanks to Ryan’s hard work.
